I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. There seems to be a lack of transparency, and if you’re not very attentive, they will take advantage of billing discrepancies. The customer service was equally disappointing; representatives were unhelpful and failed to provide any meaningful resolution to my concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company, as I feel they do not prioritize customer trust or satisfaction.
Extremely professional and transparent!! The service provided was quick, efficient, and reliable. they took the time out to explain to me what parts was needed for my equipment and resolved the issue relatively quickly. Definitely recommend!
I truly believe they are the best in NY. Not only bc of huge experience but also great attitude and attention to the customer. I used their services numerous times and was never disappointed.
