I went here yesterday to have a few items altered and had the most lovely experience. The woman I worked with (I wish I had asked her name! Assuming it’s Elizabeth based on the other reviews) was incredibly kind and honest. I had 3 items, two of which she recommended I don’t get altered (one item was a pleated stress and the other was a sweater), but offered alternatives to make the clothes work more like I wanted.
