Although the manager is very unprofessional and rude, I have been going here for about two years due to the convenience of it being close to home. But I have had it now. Last week I dropped off some shirts, slacks and sports coat at Frederick's dry cleaners on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains. I have used them for many years even though they sometimes have come up short on execution, in my opinion. I told the person there that one of my shirts need a cuff button replaced and that I needed everything back on (last) Thursday because I was going away Friday morning - I dropped off on Monday to make sure they had time. I would literally never recommend this place to anyone in white plains. There are so many better options with better customer service to go to. Not only did they NOT have my shirt dry cleaned on time, they did not call me. I went to pick it up on the day of an event and was told it was not done yet - but that I could pick it up in their facility in Thornwood (almost half an hour drive). They always get the job done and the price is very fair. They could be friendlier, but good, happy, energetic employees are hard to come by these days.
