After finally making an appointment, the cleaning service just decided not to show up. No one contacted me to give me advance notice or to reschedule. It took me over two hours to get ahold of someone and, when I finally did, their response was that "they have no one available today." Avoid Delly Cleaning! Purchased a Groupon, scheduled my appointment online per e-mailed instructions, received a confirmation e-mail along with several appointment reminders and NO ONE SHOWED UP! Texted the number provided, e-mailed the company, still nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I also purchased a cleaning through Groupon, and they never showed up.
