Really enjoyed being a member at this car wash for the longest time, but the way the car wash interacts with my particular Toyota Tundra left me with no choice but to cancel my subscription. Long story short, my truck would occasionally get stuck about midway through the wash, possibly on one of the front and/or side brushes. I never leave 1 star reviews, except for this place. I went in on a promotional deal for one free car wash to try it out. The employee suggested for me to do the monthly unlimited pass for 1 cent. I told the employee I did not want that, however he said he would cancel it for me. I did not want a monthly service since I would be nearly 100 miles away at school. He did not cancel it. Stopped here cause the place looked nice, paid 16 dollars for a car wash and that wasn’t even the “best” wash they had. Then paid another dollar for a microfiber towel which was never given to me. When I rolled my window down to ask the guy just said oh no you didnt buy one and I didnt get a receipt because that machine wasn’t working properly?? So not only did I pay 17 dollars for a car wash and a freaking towel that I never got, the brushes scratched my drivers side door and there is still soap all over my car. I feel like... read more
Please don’t confuse CleanHub with Clean VIEW Car Wash. Clean View was a professionally run and hi-tech car wash. CleanHub has cut-rate equipment that is half broken down most of the time, and is managed by people barely qualified to be tunnel sprayers. And when it all comes together, your car gets scratched, and management offers you a free towel while they’re “accidentally” double charging your credit card. Idk.
