Great Staff, super friendly. Getting a membership is super quick and easy.
Their 9$ basic wash is basically a scam. My jeep was not properly washed and had left over soap all over , only some water was sprayed on and rolled by brushes. When asked about this to the lady near the kiosk, she said that the basic wash is "not guaranteed" to clean the vehicle in a very condescending manner, and I then a bearded guy came to explain me that it was the issue of jeep that it missed many washes because of an issue that this particular vehicle will move in the belt even if it's in neutral. A waste of $12! Wheelwells were still muddy, and the entire back of my truck was missed. I went back through the line and was told because my truck had a hitch, the back would not be washed... No advanced notification, no offer for re-wash or refund... Just an excuse. This is the 2nd car wash of this type that seem to be popping up that I had the same results!
