I hired cleaners of London for an end of tenancy cleaning. They had two individuals come by about 30 minutes late. I felt during the initial meet that they were not listening to me when I spoke and it was a bit frustrating - the guy wouldn't make eye contact, he kept interrupting me, and he simply was not paying attention. I used COL for my flat when I left London. The cleaner and carpet professional were fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.
Stay away. They failed to show up twice for an end of tenancy clean and ignored me when I wanted my deposit back. The worst. Edit: Yes this is the same company as I can see many people allude to Kristine who did not reply to my emails.
Had a great experience with Cleaners of London. The cleaner was professional and ont ime and did a very deep clean of all rooms and areas of the apartment. Good value for service as well. Will for sure use service again.
