This dry cleaning service has proven to be reliable and consistent every time I have used it. Destroyed my fitted cap, i just bought a week ago. I understand if you make a mistake, but according to the guy behind the counter "it looks like a hat". He says nothing is wrong with it and actually argued with me about it. Very un professional and would never recommend this place.🤮 The insert the owner is referring to is called an EZ liner from Amazon that is a foam insert meant for head protection, it is not to shape any hat, it is a safety feature that warehouses require for head protection.
