Same experience as the one below me – Brought two suits to be cleaned and one skirt to be hemmed. They wanted over $20 and a week and a half to just do the hemming, but I was in a rush so I agreed to their prices. I prepaid to get the 15% discount they offer, but now I realize that's just a way for them to keep your money when they do poor work and refuse to stand behind it. When Cleanerama makes a mistake, the customer pays – I had an extremely poor experience using Cleanerama Cleaners. I brought curtains in to be hemmed and requested the extra pieces back to use on another project. They hemmed my curtain the wrong size and if they were to redo it, I would not have enough materials for my other project. They said sorry and either they would rehem my curtain, still leaving me with not enough material for my other project or refund my money, not both.
