We had several issues where they were hanging out DRY CLEAN ONLY sweaters on hangers which resulted in them getting ridiculously stretched out to the point where we threw 6 sweaters out. They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of and don't even provide a contact phone number on their receipts. I won't be sending them another dime or any more business and will absolutely go back to my old cleaners. These people are incompetent to the point that on our receipt, it actually states FOLD ALL SWEATERS. Clearly, that's too much ... read more

I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service in my life. Do not use these cleaners if you want to have nice looking clothes returned. They will not return my calls and have refused to take responsibility for ruining my clothes.

I'm a new customer and only been with them for 2 weeks. Well my husbands custom shirts came back to us with missing buttons and one with 3 holes in it. I was told to them hanging and send them back with a note. I did.. and a request that someone contact me, I was given the name Kay (manager) would return my calls. Needless to say I just received my shirts back with a phone call and the one with holes patched with is VERY POOR and RUDE CUSTOMER service. I would not recommend any to use them for service.

Two weeks ago I would have given a 4 star rating. We have used Cleaner Options for years and mostly been pleased. However, my husbands shirts have not been picked up in over two weeks. The local Concord number is obviously off the hook since it is always busy no matter what time of day or night I call. After reaching the office through a toll free number I was assured after leaving his shirts out as instructed 4 or 5 times they would be picked up yesterday. Didn't happen.
