The best customers service, so easy to chat with and so helpful. I need help with my ground source heat pump and they sent an engineer next day. Dave was very helpful, explained me everything I needed to know, gave me few tips that will help me to save some money in the future. Couldn't ask for better help. Superb service and quality work. We have recently moved home and contacted Cleaner Energy Solutions Ltd to help check, service and move the boiler together with fitting new radiators. Impressed straight away with Jess in the office who was really friendly and professional in getting us booked in. On the day, Dave took time to talk through the work needed and provided advice on the best location for the boiler and new radiators. Absolutely recommend, my boiler packed up on 21/12 rang Cleaner Energy and Dave came out to me within an hour. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable these guys really know their stuff. Needed new boiler(my old bolier very old ) but they helped recommended and advised on everything. Although it was very close to Christmas Cleaner Energy helped and was here 23/12 and fitted new bolier, no hassle.
