I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have always left satisfied—until now. Recently, I asked if I could redeem my free cleaning, which I’m entitled to through the loyalty program after attending eight appointments. Unfortunately, I misplaced my stamp card, so I politely asked the staff to verify my history in their system, where all of my past payments and visits are clearly recorded.
