Damaged my paint when I was told specifically that it would not, then my last wash my third brake light got broke. When I mentioned it to one of the workers, they essentially just shrugged at me and told me to bad. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Carwash itself is great, but it's very annoying to pay $30+ a month and they close so early, especially in the summer time, I have to rush after work to get the service I've been paying for all month. I would 100% risk pulling myself into the wash without someone waving me in and actually be able to use this location. Also pretty annoying that it's one wash a day (or 24 hrs) even if I've only gotten one wash all month. If I want to use up all 31 washes in a week please let me.
"Caution: Misleading 'Special' & Tricky Cancellation" Be very careful with their promotions. I was sold a "3-month special" for $20, which the salesman led me to believe was a one-time flat fee for the period. I naively thought that once the three months were over, that would be it. Unfortunately, he purposely forgot to mention that it was actually $20 per month and that I would then be billed at the normal rate ($23 Basic Rate) automatically once the promo ended.
