Sad way to end a 7 year venture but it didn't end well with Cleanaway. I have amended my review.
Poor B2C communication service and poor internal communication. Every time we have questions or make enquires, they never fulfil by once. The customer service team said they will take care of it every time, or will get back to us shortly, but it never happened. You need to chase up and keep calling every time. They just treat you as a ball and throw you between departments. I made thousands of calls to get one thing done. They never respond as they promise, they only respond when you chase them up.
