Punitive charges, terrible service. Box in front of bin (left by public out of hours)? - couldn't empty (charged anyway), ask them to return, charged double for out of schedule pickup AND charged again for emptying bin. Pay 1 day late, $39 late fee on an $80 account. No replies to emails. Changed companies and much happier - actually getting "service" now.
Very unprofessional and pathetic company. Still waiting after more than 2 months to have our full bin removed from site. Ignored by numerous management staff after many phone calls and emails. Would not recommend their service to anyone. What a joke!!
