The staff at the indoor dumping bay were very unprofessional and did not treat customers with the respect or courtesy they deserve.
This is the worst company to deal with. Since my account manager left, nothing gets done and a new accounts manager hasn't been assigned. I've been charged for collections that never took place. Nobody responds to emails and then after getting a reply after a few months, the account was supposedly settled. Now accounts receivable is trying to chase money again. We will be changing companies if this rubbish keeps up.
