Chelle is amazing! We absolutely love having her come clean our house. It takes such a huge stress off our shoulders. We’ve been very pleased with everything so far!
I have used numerous companies for cleaning and this is by far the most impressive. I was overwhelmed with a move out and this team covered everything. Yes they charge what some may think is high, but I have to say my only regret was that I didn't add refrigerator and basement. I was using the basement as partial storage because we are unable to clear everything out 100% add the items in the refrigerator were not cleared out yet. We experienced inconsistent cleaners, with new people being sent every few weeks who often had little understanding of our expectations. Each time, we had to re-explain the basics, such as which cleaners to use in the house. Despite multiple conversations with the office staff and requests for specific products, these instructions were ignored. Overall, the lack of consistency and follow-through made the service frustrating and unreliable
I had fallen ill and fell behind on some chores around the house, so I hired Cleanasaurus to deep clean it to catch me back up. Oh my gosh I've never seen my townhouse so spotless before!! Shell did a wonderful job and was so kind. It was so easy to book them as well. I'm so glad I came across this company in my google search for a deep cleaning service. Their cute dinosaur logo caught my interest and then the reviews made me go with them.
