The technicians were on time, polite and professional. Wore booties over their boots and put down mats to protect the hardwood floors. They explained what they were going to do and their findings as well as answered any questions that we had. We would use this service again.

I'm a seasonal at a camp ground located near Hamilton - I noticed this service van was driving into our driveway, which has a security gate at the entrance. Well I suppose the gate didn't open in time for the driver operating this companies van because he began yelling at the staff and making a fuss. When the staff opened the gate, the driver operating the van squealed his tires loudly and dug up a huge dust cloud in front of pool before aggressively driving through the gate...
