I called to speak to someone about.having my car detailed and half way explaining what I needed done I was hung up on. I thought it might have been a bad connection and he couldn't hear me so I called back. The first thing when someone answered I asked if he could hear me. He answers "no English." I said "English please" expecting he would find someone. He just hung up again. Great way to do business.
