Completely unsatisfied with this "facial" experience. What a joke.
I am not one to leave a review but I feel like this place doesn’t have enough honest reviews, I was in a pinch and needed to book something last minute so I ended up here, very not worth the money you sit in a chair so there is no relaxing experience and worse you are stuck listening to LOUD music that would haunt any former retail workers nightmare. I have very mixed feelings after my facial today. To start off, the quality of the facial itself was phenomenal. Maya was fantastic. The reason I am rating 3 stars is because of the experience of the business. There’s no water offered and there isn’t a massage included with the hour upgrade. Which…. I have to start by saying the Wicker Park location was extremely accommodating and patient as I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment and an esthetician still serviced me; for that I’m super grateful! I booked through ClassPass and when I first attempted to book at the Lincoln Park location I had email correspondence with someone asking me to change my appointment time because of a scheduling conflict and ultimately had my appointment canceled. I give this place 5 stars bc I actually enjoyed my time and experience here. But I also want to personally give Danielle 10 STARS. She was very kind and sweet w me. Asked me about my skin care routine at home and walked me through what she was doing and really took the time to work on my face. After I was done, I felt like my skin was brand freakin new. I went from dirty and dull to fresh and rejuvenated. GO SEE MY GIRL DANIELLE!!!! My skin after one facial and light makeup on is below :)
