I had an amazing experience here but just make sure to go out early to get parking because it’s a busy area and it’s a small parking lot that shares with Trader Joe’s, shake shack and more! When I arrived checked in with the reception and filled out some paperwork then Amanda called me back in and all the skin products she put on my face smelled amazing and felt great! It was cool chatting with her while I got my facial because we got a lot of things in common like theme parks and travel just make sure to bring tip.
I was initially hesitant to leave a review, but after 2–3 weeks with no improvement in my skin—and in fact, continued irritation—I felt I needed to share my experience. This was one of the most disappointing facials I've ever received. The esthetician demonstrated poor hygiene practices throughout the session: she didn’t wear gloves, failed to wash her hands, and frequently touched my face after writing things down or handling other items. Clean space. The skin bosses are great. Their products are also clean, gentle and smell great. Prices are reasonable as well. Your skin feels amazing afterwards
