Can’t do any modifications, such as no oil. Clearly not ok for all skin types. I can’t do a facial that uses oil and I said this. Receptionist said that they can cancel and refund me since it’s an allergy even though I had already waited an hour. Then they couldn’t even refund me without having to call a manager so I had to wait for that. So ridiculous
