I had an appointment at 5pm and received a phone call at 5:01 telling me they have a 5min grace period and that they would need to reschedule me. Told her I was in a cab on my way there and I would be there before 5:05. I got there at 5:03 for them to tell me that they still need to reschedule me after I specifically said that I didn’t live here. I like the service. My only complaint is, do not sign up for the monthly membership. I had a membership for over a year. I had to cancel because my work schedule changed which conflicted with my requested service provider (Nylle). I cancelled my membership but was given 1month to use my existing credits. Of course, I lost the credits. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! There should be a least 6 months to use credits, after all, I did pay for them.

Wow, Nicole was so knowledgeable and did a great job with cleaning my face. I never had a facial before but I’ll go again. I was so ecstatic I crashed my car!

Nicole is such a doll!! I like how she gave me a facial and broke down step by step what she was doing and what products she was using. I loved this experience I even purchased the membership :) hope to always see her
