The way the manager speaks to her staff is absolutely appalling.
My sister goes here and highly recommended them to me. I had my first facial with Sam yesterday and I am truly impressed. Sam gave me so much good information about my skin and what it needs going forward. The facial was effective and I learned so much about skincare overall. I am ready to come back next month! :)
My esthetician Sam, did an AMAZING job at my first visit. Whole staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service I’ve received. Sam went over all products that were used and the benefits that come with. She made me feel very comfortable and has literal magic hands. 20/10 would definitely come back!!
I am IN LOVE with this place!! I have been hesitant to try more intensive skincare treatments, but felt like it was finally time to tackle my aging skin. My esthetician, Sam, educated me on everything she recommended and talked me through the whole process. My "scary" first facial peel was so much easier than I anticipated! I just had my third appointment and am so happy with my results.
