I don’t wash my car often but when I do I come to your location in Havelock. The staff is always happy to help. The manager is quite nice as well. She always interacts with me when she is there. I didn’t get her name but she is the one with the long blond hair. Also it is nice to see the holiday spirit anymore.

I have been a member since March of this year. The one thing I like best is the consistency of service I receive each and every visit. The friendliness of the staff leads me to believe that everyone employed enjoys working there which is hard to find anywhere. In my experience this type of environment usually is the best sign of great management so when I asked the person working at the pay station who the manager was, I was not surprised when she told me it was her. Just wanted to share a quick but powerful story that speaks volumes about frontline leadership and customer care. Last week, I was mid-cycle in the car wash when everything suddenly stopped. Turns out, the driver behind me had somehow jumped the track.
