I was a customer for 3 years at Clean Wheels and had to discontinue my contract because I was no longer in the areas where the washes are at. I take care of my vehicles and routinely wash them 4 to 5 times a week and detail them at least every other weekend. I have tried Rip Tide as well as Whistle Express and can honestly say Clean Wheels is the best of the three. The others mentioned seem to leave vehicle spots. Whistle Express less than Rip Tide. I've been to this car wash only twice about a year ago. The first time I took my new car through it it came out with scratches all over the car. I contacted their customer service and they politely told me that the brushes were made of hog hair which are specially made for the car wash industry and that I can request for the attendants not to use them on my car. The manager was very helpful, and the staff are all kind. The kids love the car wash and the sucker they got after as well.
