Pulled up and was greeted by a nice lady who even took the time to help me get something off my windshield that I was struggling to remove with previous washes. The vacuums work extremely well there as well.
After frequenting this car wash for the last few years I won't be returning. The rude female employee (who called herself the manager) decided it was more important to school me on changing lanes than it was to keep a customer. My lane change came when the customer in front of me needed help...there was no one in the other lane or behind me so it was hardly worth the attitude.
Such a wonderful car wash they have stuff that really get your car clean well in the car wash. It super cool. And the free vaccumes plus towels to use. On top of all that the employees are absolutely amazing and caring.
Good car wash and vacuums. Issues with a rude female assistant manager, yelling at customers for something their employees did. If it wasn't for the lack of accountability and respect, we'd love it. That being said, won't be back.
UPDATED 7/15/25: Both of the vacuums I used this afternoon were working perfectly and had a lot of suction. Either I got lucky or they cleaned out the vacuum hoses which is awesome! OLD REVIEW: I signed up for the membership last year because this was the only car wash in town with good vacuums but after going today I might have to reevaluate. the vacuums (don't) suck now :( and I hate how close together they make you go into the tunnel with the car in front/behind you
