Purchased a carbon filter and ozone for my well to help with rotten egg smell. Sales process was smooth, order shipped no problem, product was all there with clear instructions. The technical support was poor, the egg smell still persisted. I understand my problem is unique, but the lack of follow up and communication is the real problem for me. Purchased a chlorinator system 3 months ago and pump stopped working for no reason was in a place where no water or elements could damage it . Installed correctly . Called to get it replaced had to wait for tech to call which wasn't done I had to call back and was told they would send a new pump and expedite by 2 people and send ups . Item was shipped but not expedited now have to wait a week for item and our house reeks of rotten egg smell . In March of 2025, I ordered a PFAS filter, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis filter from this company. Unfortunately, the person who worked with me on my order neglected to tell me that the water softener requires drain access (or at least outdoor drainage), this was not going to work for my house. When I called the company back to return the unit (I was told I had 90 days to return), I got no response for at least a week. There's nowhere on California's central coast - or online, for that matter - where I'd go to have all my water quality & purification questions answered. They are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, friendly - and their prices are great too! Highly recommended.

This is there best purchase I have ever made. My water was so gross, smelled like rotten eggs and even worse. I got this prodct had it installed ( it took less than 30 mins). Hadf the commercial peroxide put into the hot water heater and from the first use the odor was gone. I never thought this would work and it is fabulous, no odor at all.
