This will be the second water filtration system I have bought from Clean Water of El Paso. We purchased our first 12 years ago and now installed the second for our new home. I continue going with Clean Water of El Paso because they have sold me top quality systems, and I like that they are made in the USA. The service I have received is always professional and I am always impressed with the knowledge this company.

Clean Water of El Paso has been amazing. They installed my system and are quick to respond when I need them. Without a doubt the most professional company I have ever encountered. I appreciate the system and its ability to protect my home and my family so that is a benefit by itself but you can really tell the difference when a company just genuinely cares about you.

Clean Water of el Paso was a great choice. Awesome service again. Sprung a small leak changing cabinets. Call them for service, they fixed the leak. ********************** I am impressed with the quality of service.

Four years ago we met John at the Home and Garden show. We wanted to purchase a water treatment system but wanted also to buy locale. We were intially pleased. After only a year, the main tank had to be replaced and it was at that time it was discovered the treated water was hooked up to the outdoor water system NOT to the house. The house was getting UNTREATED water. This was rectified thankfully. John did not try to charge us at this point which is good but the overall follow up service has been poor. I have owned my Clean Water of El Paso whole home system for over 3 years . John and his team come out once a year and check my system to make sure it is working properly. They change my filter and provided me a lifetime filter that only requires cleaning it when it's dirty rather then making me purchase one every six month. They are an honest company and I will never have another home without a Clean Water of El Paso system.

We had a water system installed about five years ago, the person who we dealt with was John Garcia, we started having issues and called him several times, he told us he would come out and never did, in fact left us waiting for him several times without a phone call. Never called us now we are looking for help.

I ordered a home filtration system from Clean Water of El Paso and I have had zero problems. Installation was quick. Everyone was friendly. I felt that everyone was helpful with all of my questions and I felt very confident in the product that I was purchasing.
