Derek was absolutely amazing! He had his work cut out for him and he rose to the challenge. Our sofas look like new (and they are over 15 years old). And we had several stains on our carpets which he was able to treat. This is second time he’s helped us and it won’t be the last. Highly recommend!

I was Really happy with the way my carpets looked after they were cleaned and even more impressed by the customer service from Shaun, the owner. After my carpets were done, there was a small problem, and so I contacted the company. Within a day or two Shaun himself came out and fixed it and made sure that I was happy. We will definitely use them again.
