I bought a used floor scrubber within the first week it was making a loud noise. I called and Jason sent me another used motor and I replaced it. It didn’t solve the problem. When I called him again he said he was going to replace the whole machine. He will not answer the phone, emails or text after that conversation. Now I am stuck with a broken machine I paid $6000 for. This is a scam to get your money. Do not buy from this company. The guys name is Jason and you can see his number in the picture.
I was a little leery of purchasing a big ticket item from across the country. Especially being that the pricing was so fair. But, I am more then happy I did. They did exactly as they said. The machine showed up on time, packaged properly, in great condition with new batteries. Thank you.
