Ripped Off Last month on the 28th I bought a replacement back for my fireplace from Clean Sweep. The gentlemen that installed it was extremely nice and polite and knowledgeable. However excactly two weeks the Panel Started cracking and I called and they explained it was totally normal. I knew once it started cracking it was only going to get worse so i asked the lady about it and she said yes it would but it would take a very long time. We ordered new glass for our wood stove on Dec. 17. Our glass is broken and we cannot use the stove, which is our primary source of heat. It is now Feb. 14, and we still have no glass. When we call, no one answers. When they call back, we are promised that it will be delivered "next week." But "next week" never comes. We are still cold.

He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early, which was great with me. I had them inspect my stove and chimney. They also cleaned out my chimney. They were own time, very friendly, professional, and clean. I felt good about the work and about them being in my house. I will definitely be using them again if the need arises and will recommend them to others.
Clean Sweep has always done an excellent job with cleaning our chimney, as well as letting us know about any issues that show up. I highly suggest their services!
Called to get a cleaning or repairs and instead paid $189 for an inspection with NO followup or anything else. Very disappointed, a waste of money.
Owner is dishonest. Sold us a hazardous shroud. Thankfully our Fire Marshall made him remove it, but he still will not pay us back the money we paid. Buyer beware.
