We ordered new glass for our wood stove on Dec. 17. Our glass is broken and we cannot use the stove, which is our primary source of heat. It is now Feb. 14, and we still have no glass. When we call, no one answers. When they call back, we are promised that it will be delivered "next week." But "next week" never comes. We are still cold.
