We had a bad experience with Clean Sweep. Our home had a faint smell of smoke that lingered for the day after building a fire. It was not really an issue but decided to contact Clean Sweep to see if anything could be done. A technician came to our home and stated this was a common problem that they fix often by using a damper system. Noticed a weird smell from the fireplace on hot days so figured it was probably old soot buildup. Hired them to come out and inspect my fireplace, and clean out my chimney as I had never done it since I moved in a couple years ago. Glad I did because the chimney was pretty dirty! They were extremely professional, cleaned everything very well, and compiled a very good inspection report. Glad to say that the fireplace and chimney are in great shape with no issues! Worth the peace of mind and very reasonably priced.
