I called to make an appointment to have my chimney inspected and it rained on the scheduled appointment time and I received no notice of cancellation. Then when I called to see what was going on he decided to back out of the inspection and told me to take my business elsewhere. Not what I wanted to hear... The man is a sinking ship of a business... And will continue to be that way until he is out.
Very unprofessional. On the first visit they did not even get on roof to measure for the chimney caps we needed. We were charged $50 for an inspection that they performed by standing in an alleyway and looking up at the chimney. They then tried to have us pay ahead of time for the caps. On the second visit they did not bring correct size Ladder. They would have realized they needed a different size ladder had they been on the roof the first time.
