Get Rich Quick Scheme I wanted to seal a chimney by applying a little bit missing cement between few bricks and apply tar in the bottom of the chimney, plus installing a metal cap on top of the chimney which Home Depot sells for $25. I had estimate for $400 from a well know contractor, but since "Clean Sweep" did for me cap installation 2 years ago I called them for estimate and the owner Michael Stuart wanted to charge me $5,700, in my opinion that’s a rip off.
