Unprofessional & under the table business. No insurance. Ugly drama 24/7. Workers ready to steal yo man so take your gamble. Not a place I’d recommend.
I had multiple issues with 2 cleaners who did a substandard job. The correspondence between Donna the owner was rude and unprofessional. I subsequently cancelled their services which was met with emails, multiple phone calls then multiple text messages. I was told by the owner that I was unprofessional for not giving a notice. Mind you I cancelled services via reply to being asked when I wanted to schedule my next cleaning. I was paying for a service which was not being met nor do I owe any notice or explanation.
Shockingly unprofessional. Thirty+ emails to schedule a simple date and time—the time came and went with a no call/no show. When I contacted the company to double-check, (my phone call was not answered) I received a hasty email—with no apology—stating they thought it was a different day. Nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
