Do not go to this place, they will accept your stuff with a smile and tell you that will be ready, when you come back it's not. I wish I had read other reviews before I came in there, this is apparently not a unique experience. They also lost some of my laundry.
Today, I found they destroyed the zipper of an $89.J Crew Fleece hoodie. When I brought it to their attention, I was told they weren't responsible and I would be charged $45. to repair it. This drycleaning and tailoring company has disappointed me for the last time. Most recently, my niece was visiting and we dropped off 4 pairs of pants to be hemmed. The woman who took the measurements told us she would be able to hem 1 pair by the next morning so that my niece could take them back home with her as she was leaving the following afternoon.
