The people who work here are plain rude. I had a coat that needed dry cleaning and they missed some spots. But when we brought to their attention, they were very rude and nasty, and said that they cleaned everything which they clearly did NOT and then they told us not to come back. GLADLY. I will never come back to this place ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. Nasty rude people.
Giving it 3 stars because of my history with the place--been going here for 12 years--and the kindness of the lady that works there. Do not go to this place, they will accept your stuff with a smile and tell you that will be ready, when you come back it's not. I wish I had read other reviews before I came in there, this is apparently not a unique experience. They also lost some of my laundry.
Today, I found they destroyed the zipper of an $89.J Crew Fleece hoodie. When I brought it to their attention, I was told they weren't responsible and I would be charged $45. to repair it. He refused to lower the price and work with me. A year ago, they destroyed a $600 quilt comforter. IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS, GO ELSEWHERE...😡 Maybe, you should talk to your Brother (husband ?)
