This was the worst experience I've had with any business. The owner/manager was supposed to shorten some pants my husband brought in for me. He charged an outrageous $24 and said to come back in a week. A week later I went in to retrieve them and he started waving my unshortened pants at me and speaking loudly in badly accented English (maybe Chinese accent) that he had left me two messages. The people who work here are plain rude. I had a coat that needed dry cleaning and they missed some spots. But when we brought to their attention, they were very rude and nasty, and said that they cleaned everything which they clearly did NOT and then they told us not to come back. GLADLY. I will never come back to this place ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. Nasty rude people.
Giving it 3 stars because of my history with the place--been going here for 12 years--and the kindness of the lady that works there. Do not go to this place, they will accept your stuff with a smile and tell you that will be ready, when you come back it's not. I wish I had read other reviews before I came in there, this is apparently not a unique experience. They also lost some of my laundry.
