I called this company and explained that my toilets keep backing up and Lili (owner) said they would come and dig up my septic tank and pump it, if there was a clog at the inlet if it was bad they would charge additional money which I agreed cause I wanted this problem fixed.. so they did this work and I paid them had my handicap wife flush each toilet once and said it was fine and left. Great service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone needing septic service.
Clean Stream saved me thousands....lliterally. We kept having issues with our tank not draining. I had several people come out and tell me everything from the drainfield was used up to I'm going to have to install an entire system. Clean Stream noticed the baffle wasn't working correctly and upon further investigation my line from the tank to the field was collapsed. They came out and fixed in about 5 hours and did an amazing job. What a great group!
