Contacted Pam about having my disabled mother's living room walls washed, gave dimensions as well as mentioned it is a smoker's home. She replied with "unfortunately I need more details" but did not ask any details in the response. In my response, I asked her to ask what she needed to know. She replied asking if there was smoke residue (which should be obvious). I replied answering all of her questions. It has now been 7 days and no response back. I guess Pam doesn't want another client. *shrug*
Excellent service all the way around from the cleaning staff to owner Pamela Latreillean. The staff went above and beyond and provide a wonderful cleaning experience.... 10 stars
