The carpet cleaning service I used recently was very efficient, and they really took care when they cleaned the upholstered furniture.
I called this place specifically to ask if they could remove the cat pee smell from my carpet, to which they said yes. When the technician came to clean my carpet, it didn't even take 20 minutes. He never got the smell out, I had to throw my carpet away and they still charged me $200. When they called me to collect, I explained the situation and told them that I was not satisfied with the work. To which they responded that they never promise to remove an odor like this. I just wanted to say, the technician that came and did these carpets and the rugs, wow! He got every stain out (even some that weren't removed by cleaning before)!! Amazing job
Zack was on time , friendly and professional . He did an excellent job cleaning our indoor sofa and outdoor furniture as well! We will definitely use Clean Steam again in future!
