Here is the review for clean Steam "I recommend cleanvsteam. USA carpet cleanin! The technician was a really nice guy. I wish I could remember his name. He clearly cared about my belongings. I felt like he respected that I was paying for his service and he did a excellent job! He even cleaned my couch, getting out a stubborn chocolate stain that I couldn't get out myself and he cleaned my drapes where someone had sprayed some ketchup or red sauce on them. I was very happy with the effort they put in, the job, and the price."

I called this place specifically to ask if they could remove the cat pee smell from my carpet, to which they said yes. When the technician came to clean my carpet, it didn't even take 20 minutes. He never got the smell out, I had to throw my carpet away and they still charged me $200. When they called me to collect, I explained the situation and told them that I was not satisfied with the work. To which they responded that they never promise to remove an odor like this.
