Found business on Groupon when moving into a new home advertising a certain number hours of deep cleaning. Contacted the merchant directly as advertised who then suggested to not buy the deal througj Groupon but instead pay her cash upon arrival. On day of appointment the owner was 30 minutes late with no prior notification & stated that she had her assistant send me a text which I never received but is very unprofessional either way.
