The owner of this business-Jacob Clifford was driving his work van on Christmas Eve and screamed and yelled obscenities at me, calling me terrible names in the local shopping mall parking lot, trapping me from leaving with his van. He should not only be horribly embarrassed, but ashamed of this behavior.
