RecommendedMy suit blazers look perfect! I had 4 of my blazers pressed only and 1 of them dry cleaned. Very impressed with how crisp and sharp my blazers looked! This was my first time so I will bring some more of my clothes for dry cleaning and laundry service from now on.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They ruined my shirt completely, never apologized, refused to pay me back for the shirt. They did offer a $30 credit for what? I’m not going back there obviously. Not only did they ruin my shirt they said it would be done in 1 day but wasn’t done until 4 days after. It was the absolute worst experience with a dry cleaner I’ve had!!!! They just don’t care and refuses to pay for mistakes. Be very cautious and hope this won’t happen to you!!!
6 stars if I.l could give ! amazing service, my shirts are like brand new, and the owner came on a sunday because I missed them on Saturday. it's rare that they do this but it was urgent that I have the shirts back! thanks Alex! you will be seeing me again!
