They Super Cleaned My Clothing! I was at Krispy Kreme on Richmond Highway one morning and this place caught my eye. I took my husband's clothing there first...as a trial run. They did such a great job that I took ALL of my business suits AND my Master bedroom comforter (they had a special). Wonderful job. I had ink marks on a cream colored jacket I love. Clean Smart is EXCEPTIONAL I used to go to Clean Smart until I moved to Springfield and then I tried A Vision Dry Cleaners on Pickett Street because the location is more convenient. Guess what? I had only one experience with A Vision and it was a HORRIBLE experience with A Vision Dry Cleaners. In my opinion, I find it is well worth the inconvenience to go back to Clean Smart on Route 1 in Alexandria. They do a GREAT JOB, they are VERY NICE, they are AFFORDABLE, and they are ACCOUNTABLE for the quality of their work. I went h... read more
Great Job :0 I just moved to the area and saw this place when I was checking out SPRINT next door. (Cleaning... yeah, SPRINT stay away.) I had my whole summer outfits pressed and cleaned. They did a super job at a very inexpensive cost and had it ready in the same day. I had over sixty items!!! Other than removing all the safety pins on every item I was very happy.....They've got my business.
Not so Clean Smart was using Clean Smart for a while to dry clean work shirts, pants and blouses. I also dropped off my boyfriend's shirts and pants along with my stuff also. I think they do alot of business and make alot of money, since they are one of the most affordable cleaners in the area, and dont really care about customer service. I have had three incidents there, and will not be using them again. Twice, they have miscounted the number of clothing I have dropped off. They produce a receipt for a drop off, when I pick... read more
They clean okay however, they refuse to follow instructions. I specifically ask that they FOLD MY SWEATERS and they continue to ignore the request. I guess I am back to ZIPS while I look for another cleaners!!!����
