Recently started going here over the summer coaches and atmosphere are the best. Vibes 10/10 love!
If you're new to Olympic weightlifting, or an old hat, this is a great spot. Candace has put a space together where everyone has a place, and the respect and support is palpable. As an out of towner, for whom this is not my daily facility, I've trained here when in the area and competed at a meet here, and it's a space and a community I genuinely appreciate.
From someone who has frequented most weightlifting clubs and CrossFit gyms in the area over the last 8 years…. I can confidently say clean slate is the best weightlifting club in Dayton. Candace’s passion for weightlifting really shows in how she takes care of her athletes. She has built a community full of really friendly weightlifters. Good vibes all around.
