I washed my car at the Spirit Lake location on Tuesday June 23rd. The water didn't shut off after pushing stop and it kept going. I only used it for about 3 minutes. My credit card shows I was charged $10. I would like a refund. For $10 I could go through a drive through car wash. I tried contacting you through your website and the message wouldn't send

Hurts my feelings as a car wash owner from another state that places like this are in operation and are essentially stealing/ ripping people off. My advice to the owners- find a good rep that will help you get the Automatic Wash back into the right operational sequence and find a chemical rep that will get your soaps and waxes back into order and cleaning cars. Until then I’d advise against using this car wash.

Self serve car wash charged my card $10 when it displayed $3.25 Total rip off!!!

Doesn't deserve one star. Complete waste of money. Purchased the $10.00 wash. Soap was left on my car and it was filthy. Emailed the company and got no response!! Horrible place to do business.

Very low pressure didn't even look like there was soap didn't even look like it did anything to wash my truck it was just as dirty as when I brought it in with somebody would have been there I would have asked for my money back
