Our experience has been lots of great assurances, very little actual follow through. They’ve said they’ll show up, and failed to, many more times than they have actually shown up. When they did show up, work was done badly and had to be redone. They unilaterally decided to change our cabinetry layout to something not even usable. They installed floor that isn’t even flat.
