The salesman straight‑up told us that if we bought the bigger system, we’d never have an electric bill again. That was a damn lie. A big, bold, shameless lie. Between paying our regular electric bill AND the solar payment, we would’ve been better off never touching solar in the first place. Last June, July, and August our electric bill was right at $200 — on top of a $240 solar bill. That’s insane.
