My 11-year-old son started training at Clean Shred Gym, Castle Hill, three months ago, and the improvement we have seen in such a short period has been outstanding. Since joining, there has been a massive improvement in his overall fitness, strength, and cricket performance. His bowling speed and physical conditioning have progressed well beyond expectations for his age. I would especially like to acknowledge coaches Ricki and Noah for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to the athletes they train.
My daughters have been attending Clean Shred for about 6 months now on a twice-weekly basis to improve their rugby league skills and overall athletic performance, and they have absolutely loved every single session. The coaches are fantastic with kids, making the sessions both fun and challenging while still focusing on proper technique and building confidence.
