On Friday, August 7th, for over 30 minutes, several of the company trucks blocked the pumps at the Shell station at the corner of I-10 and Ralph Fair Road in Boerne. I observed the employees go into McDonald's, order food, then go back to the trucks and eat their food. I was inside McDonald's having lunch - they were still there when I left. Wasted over a month of my time. Juan came out to walk the job so Noel could bid it. I walked the job with them for an hour. We exchanged emails In December with blueprints and plans. They told me they'd have a proposal for me in a few weeks. I waited, then I sent an email to check status. I called but suddenly no answer. Crickets for over a month. What kind of guys don't answer customer emails or calls? Definitely will never hire Clean Scapes for any projects moving forward. Not worth the risk of hiring unreliable folks.
