We have a split level ranch with a north-facing roof. There was visible lichen and moss before Joe and John started the cleaning and restoration process, but we didn’t realize how much was not visible until they cleaned it. After they inspected the roof and determined that it was in good condition, they thoroughly soft cleaned and rinsed all of this off. They then treated it with the soy-based oil product.
