I got a coupon for their services in the mail. I booked a few different services: duct and dryer vent cleaning, area rug cleaning, couch cleaning and carpet cleaning. They were supposed to come earlier this week but called and rescheduled due to rain. They showed up today on time and were done in an hour but the quality of the work left a lot to be desired. Carpet cleaning and and dryer vent cleaning, I called and complained, because my dryer would not dry my clothes I called and told them they said they would call no call I goggled and found out that they didn’t put the vent covers on this was supposed to the manager doing my vent found left dirt inside the vent. Not good carpet cleaning either go somewhere else, bad 15 minute he was done! Bad company stay away
If speed is the goal, then they'll be done with 7 rooms in about 20 minutes. If clean is your goal, the go with someone else. Carpets look exactly the same. We brought the worker back in and asked about certain areas. It was all excuses like, carpet fibers are dyed, carpet is too worn out there (carpet is only a year old), and it's too stained. Save your money and choose another company.
Excellent service & very effective on all the pet stains I had them pretreat before they started. They are also very friendly & courteous. I highly recommend these carpet cleaners !!! 🤗👍🏾😍
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Can easily provide coupons and advertisements due to lack of cleaning supplies and training!! This is the worst I’ve ever experienced from any carpet cleaning company!! They came, soaked the carpet, and left!! After the 10hrs of drying, pet odors are worst and still in the carpet along with the dirt!! Complete waste of money and time!!
