Great experience. Overall 9/10. I had two cleans in total. My first cleaning, I was very pleased with but had some discrepancies with some areas missed and felt like the lack of communication to rectify my dissatisfaction was not handled properly. I felt like when I initially called to explain my woes, there was a blame that shifted to me which caused me some confusion and some irritation. Horrible Experience!!! My 82 year old mother got scammed by this company. She had a 8 x 11 and 5 x7 throw rug and couch to be cleaned. The smell of the carpet is horrible, smells like piss. Had a coupon for B1G1 1/2 price, that's two carpets. They argued with us that not true. We caught them in so many lies. They had the rugs for two weeks and her carpets were damp and smelled!
